Dewey, a down-on-his-luck musician, poses as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school and uniquely inspires his overachieving students to take a risk and create a secret rock band.

  • This is the first episode of the series and also the premiere episode of Season 1.
  • This episode premiered after the 2016 Kids' Choice Awards as well as Henry Danger which Jade Pettyjohn stars on as Chloe.
  • This episode has the highest viewer amount of the series.
    • It also is the only episode in the whole series to have over two million viewers on the premiere date.
  • It is quite strange that the production code for this episode is "112", as indeed it should be "101", because it is the pilot.
    • However, Tony Cavalero stated that the pilot had to be reshot as it was "too old". So, the executives and producers created another pilot episode.
  • This is Jade Pettyjohn's second Nickelodeon role after portraying Chloe on Nickelodeon live-action series, Henry Danger. Although, this is her first main role on Nickelodeon. Her third Nickelodeon role was on Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn as Rose Dirken.
  • This is Breanna Yde's second Nickelodeon main role after Frankie Hathaway on the former Nickelodeon live-action series, The Haunted Hathaways.
